I have PCOS and this supplement has helped my cycle regulate. It’s easy to swallow. I went away for a weekend and forgot it, I noticed a HUGE difference in my PCOS symptoms.

My decision making process/info from the web: I have GAD [General Anxiety Disorder] and Depression, which leaves me feeling down unmotivated to do anything a lot of the time, I started noticing I felt better after drinking NOS and I looked at the label and low and behold it had inositol so I figured this product would be better than chugging energy drinks, so I did some googling, seems like there's no known side effects even looking at reddit users responses the worst being it makes some people sleepy but it was also reported that the effect wears off the more you use it. I'm no medical expert and the product label suggests consulting a dr of course, but so far so good. My Experience: Day 1 the effect was immediate, about 20 mins after taking it I just felt like I did back when I was in my early 20's [I'm 31] I'm 'in my head' less of the time and more room present I feel sharp and alert with a general sense of mindfulness, I usually have social anxiety but I'll find myself talking to people when I feel like it and not wondering why I did talk to someone or didn't talk to someone. To me it really feels like I'm re-experiencing life again and everything feels normal and manageable. And you might be thinking 'is it dangerous to not be worrying, like will I walk in front of a car or do something crazy' but not from my experience, I'd say that my emotions/reactions to things have been relative to the situation. Which is great because compared to other anxiety solutions I've tried there's often a sense of emotions being inhibited which I feel is not healthy to bottle emotions to things. I do find myself getting sleepy in the evenings but that's probably not a bad thing lol and overall I give it two-thumbs up it's made a full 180 for me personally my wife noticed a difference in me and she even started taking it. Again I urge everyone to do their own research or talk to a doctor/someone knowledgeable about it make sure it's right for you. As for myself I'm back to enjoying life again and it feels great.

No strong odor, which is nice. Large sized pill, but capsule easy to swallow. I can't tell if it's working, but I'll continue to take for a while longer. Update: taking it for over a month now and has COMPLETELY helped my PCOS symptoms, no more spotting or irregularities! It's a miracle, nothing else has worked! I am so happy and amazed that a natural supplement works better then prescription hormonal treatment! I also lost weight, so it must help with insulin resistance too. It's definitely worth trying!!

Saw no obvious improvement, so this is more of a neutral review. It was one of the more inexpensive choices I had at the time of purchase.

Finally, something that works🥳 This really has help with hormone balance! My skin looks & feels better! I’m less moody and it gives me energy throughout the day where I would normally need a nap but it’s a natural flow of energy not the supercharged burst you get from some of the other brands! The pill is easy to swallow which is a plus for me because I hate trying to chug huge pills! I can’t really say everything but it has helped much more cause I just feel all around good! Would definitely recommend, Especially at this price point!
