Bob's Red Mill is the BEST
I've been using Bob's Red Mill products for years and the quality is always the best. Their customer service is stellar if there's any issue with the product. In this case, I'm loving the wheat germ but didn't realize, until I'd put it on my cereal and was really loving the taste, that it needs to be cooked first (I'm eating and reading the package, which is what we used to do with cereal boxes back in the day). So I started toasting about a half cup or so at a time, keeping the bag in the freezer to preserve freshness. TOASTING IT IS THE WAY TO GO!! My whole house smells like freshly baked bread, and the taste is beyond fantastic. I really have to watch it while in the oven; it cooks up pretty fast, even at 300 degrees F, but comes out so aromatic and tasty that I'm now adding it to my salads, as well. Great value, incredible health benefits with the fiber, etc., and is always fresh.

Good quality product
I didn't realize this was a 4 pack, but that's my problem. This is a really good quality product as are most of Bob's Red Mill's products. I spoon it into my morning smoothie and it has a nice smooth texture and has great nutrition.

Wheat Germ Tasty Addition to Homemade Granola
I use Wheat Germ for my homemade granola, and have trouble finding it in local grocery stores. I've use Bob's Red Mill brand in other baking ingredients over the years, and have found them to be consistently good quality. The price on Amazon for this wheat germ is also much better than in the stores, when I've been able to find it.

I have bought from Bob's Red Mill since th4e 1970's when all they sold was horse feed!
They have always been the finest quality and still are, even after moving from the old red barn to a modern facility, but taking their big stone grinding wheels with them!!
