Makes great beef jerky!
Love the flavor but the last 2 times I purchased it the seasoning packs are caked together and that makes it hard to mix!

Great to mix with sauces instead of water.
Nesco is always my go to jerky. It works very well with ample flavor. However the last two I ordered were a little aged, but the seasoning and the cure were still top notch! I mix the seasoning with sauces instead of water to dissolve and it is amazing!

this is the best seasoning,, i butchered for 15 years and tryed many different kinds. good luck
best company seasoning for burger jerky, been buying this brand for lot of years. i make gallon bags full and put in freezer. i also mix my seasoning for 2# batches in a separate bowl, then add to the 2# of burger mixing well. the put in fridge over night gives it more flavor. and i found using the flat funnel is alot better then the round one. i do 3 batches of 2# burger so 1 is ready for the dehydrator as soon a 1 batch is done.
