The binding is very tight and stuff, making opening this book it very user-friendly.

I used to have a medical record book that I found so useful for my own details and those of my children. You think you will remember when they had had what but it becomes difficult when you need to quote medical details later so a record was invaluable to me. I wanted to purchase something similar to my own for my children and their offspring to continue logging information after the initial baby red book. This was the only thing I managed to find anywhere near what I was after. However it is very American in terminology and expects unusual recording for 3 generations. All this without tabs or colour coding to make finding the different sections easily. I would have preferred an English take on this product with clearly defined areas within it.
