Larger than expected
Love this strainer! I use it for kefir, and it works great. It is definitely larger than I expected, and I love that because it makes it so much easier to stir the kefir around to get it strained well.

A quality fine mesh strainer.
Very fine strainer mesh, we've been using it a couple of months and it's held up well. Goes through the dishwasher without issue.

Good size
I use this for rock tumbling. It fits nicely on my bucket. The nylon mesh is strong.

Just what was needed
We use these when cleaning rocks from our tumbler that have been polished and could be scratched by a metal screen. Durable enough that we have cleaned dozens of drums of stones.

Not the best for kefir. The mesh is too fine.
It takes twice as long shaking it back and forth to get the liquid kefir separated from the curds as it did when I was using a metal strainer. And this strainer seems flimsy. I will be ordering something different, maybe going back to metal, which never really seemed like it had a bad effect on the kefir as I have read that it does.

The holes are perfect for filtering the kefir.

Can strain a large amount of kefir
Very large! It arrived in a paper bag type of package, which was not protective. The red plastic circular part was cracked. I’m sure I could have returned it for another one, but I needed it to strain my kefir right away.

Expensive for what it is but product itself is okay.

Produit livré conforme mais qualité déplorable. Le manche menace de casser tellement il se tord avec un simple demi verre de riz ... De plus la maille résille n'est pas "fondue" avec le pourtour sur tout le bord.

Dieses Sieb tut wasces soll und ist auch hochwertig verarbeitet. Lediglich der Griff könnte auf Dauer im Laufe der Zeit etwas schwach sein. Trotzdem gute Bewertung

Just arrived on the 28th, days after the delivery company say they delivered it. Not yet used so i can,t really say, but it looks ok.

It is slightly light weight but it does the job admirably. I have used it to drain rice which also works.
