Best headphones for VOIP.
Cisco makes the best networking products. We have cisco VOIP phones and these work amazing with them.

BAD ITEM AND SUPPORT SERVICES
Headset and Base keeps disconnecting during calls, now both will not pair up. I could NOT understand the support line person, which made that pointless to have. They also want you to pay for shipping and handling for returns.

This headset works particularly well with cisco 8861 abd 8841 phones.

I like it.
Great quality. Automatic switching between Cisco phone and pc. Even the phone goes into headset mode automatically by answering with headset. Other headsets you have to hit this button or that and forget to switch over… this takes the human out of making it work.

Comfortable and convenient
This headset is what I was looking for in order to be free of wired headsets. It stays charged very well, it is very comfortable for a long wear, and the earpiece is nice and padded. It has convenient buttons on the headpiece; you can adjust your volume there as well as mute. The magnetic charging base is super easy to place the unit on while taking breaks and lunches. Overall, for the price I am very happy with this purchase.
