Yes it does. I have the Fenix 3hr and purchased three seperate Quickfit 26MM watchbands designed for the 5X. The band width is 26 MM so just get the correct MM size, which is 26MM for the 3HR.

What metal is the product made of? Titanium or stainless steel?

Garmin sells each of those separately. This one is Titanium with the stainless steel being of the typical stainless steel color.
