Are these light or full strength?

It depends on what you yourself consider light or full strength. For me it's not strong and overpowering, it's just nice and minty. Be aware though that a few of the boxes were crushed. Tubes were still usable, but I had to straighten them out.

Why can these no longer be shipped to my home address?

Are these light or full strength?

It depends on the tobacco you use. They are just menthol flavored tubes. I buy a menthol and a light tobacco and mix the 2.

I ordered the brown filter type and find they are harsh and leave a bad taste in my mouth. Does these have the harshness as the others?

I got mine today ordered white filters which are less harsh. They sent brown filters which I could have bought down the street. Much cheaper could of save 10$ for 5 cartons Never buying again !
