Sturdy, well-made measuring container. I like the handle attachment at top and bottom. It's clear, and the markings are etched and easily readable. As for accuracy, I don't really have a standard that's certified by anyone; so I can only say that 24 oz from my Pyrex measuring cup, shows as roughly 24.5 oz in this container. 8 oz was very close in both containers. It pours well, and normally doesn't drip, but after pouring water, a drop often remains on the top edge, but sometimes falls over the edge. This could have something to do with the seam's being at the center of the pour spout -- the seam formed during the casting/moulding process. The downside for some uses/users, is that it contains Bisphenol A aka BPA, which seems to have issues. It's not an issue for my use of pouring cold water into my coffee maker, but it might be for some. So, I recommend it, with that caveat.

These beat the pants off of pyrex. No, you cannot put really hot liquids in these, but they work great. No dripping, etched marks will not fade into oblivion as do the Pyrex after a few washings in the dishwasher. Since I weight all my water in cooking, this lightweight polycarbonate is great.

I was so happy to see that this product was available, mine has to be 25 years old or more because it was my mother’s. It finally started leaking from the bottom due to a crack. I hope my new one can last that long. Love it, love it, love it!

I use it to mix vegetables in it. it seems sturdy. i like that it can be used for hot stuff. weight is very light! the only thing that concerns me a bit was the sticker that was attached on it. not sure if I feel safe to make baby food in there!

Having a large, clearly marked graduated measuring cup helps enormously with food preparation and measuring the volume of food produced for portion determination. Durable, easy to wash, and easy to read numbers and marks.

I've had a more traditional version of this measuring cup. It was plastic like this one. It dribbled every time I poured the water into the coffee brewer. That was a pain! This one does not dribble!!! Yeah!!!!

I work on cars and I use this to measure fluids sometimes. I've used and abused the hell out of this thing, sprayed it with degreaser, brake cleaner, transmission fluid, oil, you name it, and this thing is holding up just fine. The markings are still there.

2L pitcher is excellent for my needs. I use it to whip up waffle batter and the spout pours into the waffle maker . No drip no mess. Certified to NSF Std. #2. Means food safe Dishwasher safe too. Price is right.
