Santyl works with this product
I’m a diabetic with numerous ulcers on both legs. They were covered with layers of thick, tough slough. This product was cut to size and applied over Santyl(requires moisture to activate) and it debrided all that slough. It’s wonderful stuff. My current doctor won’t order due to cost. Says saline moistened gauze works just as well, it doesn’t. So may be ordering more myself. The first wound care hospital I went to used this product but I’ve moved. This is the best for sloughy wounds and I’m so thankful to Amazon for making it available.
