Very pepper forward with a clear lemon tang. Love it. It's great on fish, potatoes, even burgers! I like it. Also like the glass jar as I think the spices stay fresher over time and glass is recycle-able. Has a twist on top with a plastic shaker inside. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. I've purchased this blend for years from Amazon and the quality has always been great. It smells as good as it tastes. For an organic blend, it's a good buy!

Organic is the way to go. The flavor is better for being organic!
