can i leave them on all night

Kindly note that I am in no way medically trained to answer this question, but I was told by the doctor to remove them at night. I would check with your own GP. Everyone will be different. I have a very light sprained ankle and they just help support my ankle when walking. You may be on crutches and have a more severe injury. As aforesaid, I would check with your own doctor.

Are these machine washable?

Yes these are machine washable. I have two pairs and have washed them quite a few times already, on a 30 degree wash and they have come out fine. Hope that helps.

I am size 4/5 with wide feet, what size would you recommend?

I ordered a medium and it’s great. I too have wide feet & I’m a size 7 but the length of your foot is irrelevant as your toes poke out the end. If you look at the second photo of the item it shows you how to measure around your heel and front of your foot to work out the best size. I find that for me the medium is nice a snug and offers good support.
