Super good seasoning for making Thai food. Just mix with bison or ground beef, super tasty

A Thai friend at work recommended I try this. He said it was really good, and I have to agree with him. Good flavor to mix with a pound of meat.

This is an excellent base for making pad Kra pao. The best I've found so far. Be aware you need two packs for 1lb of meat, and I add some brown sugar, a bit of hot schezuan oil, some dark soy sauce a bit of ground pepper.

Since I discovered this sauce, I stopped ordering in pad ka prao--basil chicken. I use a pound of ground chicken breast and add a cup of Thai and regular basil, blanched green beans and shallots along with serving with steamed rice. The sauce is a little spicier than I care for so I either use less or tone it down with palm or brown sugar. I think these pastes are a great value and am a fan of the red, yellow and green curry pastes. It's nice that they're enough for one meal while some curry bases come in sizes too large to easily use up.

The yummiest stir fry paste in all the world. Pleasant touch of spice while not being over the top. Super flavorful

For someone who lives in a small town I appreciate that I can order this product and have it sent to my house. This is pretty spicy so I'm the only one who can really eat this but more for me, haha.

This isn’t going to give you traditional Thai basil flavor in my opinion. There’s a lot going on insane these packets and it’s a liquid base that doesn’t smell great but tastes okay when cooked with whatever you are making. Does not taste like what I’m used to though

This is a medium-hot sauce, not burn-your-face-off hot. The flavors are great with meat and/or vegetables. I add to whatever combo of vegetables I've got that have been stir-fried until almost done. Add a little bit of coconut milk and the sauce. Put the lid on to simmer on low heat for a couple of minutes, or until veg are the way you like them. I'm no Thai chef - that's just how I use this sauce. I serve over basmati rice, because that's what I always have on hand.

Excellent product original straight from Thailand easy to use authentic flavours, would recommend to any one wanting to cook Thai food without to much effort this product makes it so much easier

I had this dish while in Thailand and loved it. Upon my return to England I wanted to make it myself. This was the only product I could find to replicate what I had eaten in Thailand. It's close. It's not exactly what I had there but I didn't expect that of course. All dishes vary. However, it IS delicious. It is also quite spicy. I have a low tolerance to spice but this just tasted so good it's worth it for me. If you enjoy Thai food and spice this is a great option to make this dish in an easy way.

Absolutely delicious, I was worried they would skimp on the spice selling to a foreign market, but it tastes just how it did when I had it the other week in Bangkok. Mix it into some minced pork, serve with white rice and a fried egg, and it's like being back on holiday all over again. Will be ordering often.
