Great accent piece!
I was wanting something to my coffee table and this was great. The size was perfect for keeping some chocolates in and it has a rubber seal on the lid as well. Beware, if you are keeping chocolates in it and it is in the sun, because of the dark color they will melt. The build is good and sturdy and it looks great.

Stylish and effective.
Iโm using this for holding just-ground coffee for a few days at a stretch. Yes, I know I should grind for EVERY brew, but Iโm lazy and pretty klutzy before my blood reaches required caffeine content, so this works well holding freshness while being easy to dispense the grounds. The seal is tight, but ez to open. The design is slick. If I needed them, I would gladly buy all the sibling canisters.

Nice jar, not close to the capacity advertised
It's a nice jar. However, I got it specifically to hold my finishing salt. Bought an 8.5 oz bag of Maldon's Sea Salt, and a 9 oz jar. Should be perfect, right? Even a little extra space for the lid to fit in. Maybe held 2/3 of the salt, as you can see by the pic. I double-checked the packaging and yup, says 9 oz. It also says 260 ml, which is 8.79 oz but it isn't that capacity either, not even close.Other than that it's a very nice, clean-looking jar (I got white). Seems pretty airtight. But if you want it to hold a specific amount of something, probably should get the next bigger size.
