Qigong Wuji Style

A great practice for those using this style of Qigong.

I looked at a number of free videos before buying this one on Wuji style. I am glad I decide to get this one because it did cover some areas that I was not able to find anywhere else.

wuji is a fluid form of all the level s of jeff primacks level 1 and 2 qi gong forms . It is a deep meditative state of no mind and no thought of the next movement. It frees your body and mind alos through deep breathing which regulates your body 's metabolizizm and with regular practice it keeps you centered and your mind shap and focused, I love wuji and i'm giving on rhe beach and it helped me tremedesly with my health and self estem to get out of my head and untomy heart. Thank you to all of my piers , teachers and jeff primack for this beautiful effective form as all is one.

I purchased Jeff Primack's level 1 & 2 from Amazon video, but level 3 (which is Wuji Qigong) did not appear to be available so I purchased a used DVD set. Both DVDs have the same material, but one is a blue-ray version that is supposed to be HD. I watched the regular DVD and while not crisp, was perfectly fine to learn from. This may have been some kind of tape transfer. What I didn't care for is the paper and plastic case the set came in. It just folds so it won't keep out dust. I would have preferred a regular plastic DVD case. A plus is there was a main menu from which you could jump to say the unbroken wuji demonstration (see uploaded screenshots). Seven movements are demonstrated by Primack. It's easy to follow and understand.What's different about Jeff Primack's teaching is the use of illustrative animations to help show the qi flow or visualizations. A Kung Fu shifu friend told me just going through the movements moves the qi so having said that, do not worry about doing visualizations. I would also point out visualize does not mean you have to "picture" something, just thinking or intending is enough. I have no doubt at the end of the day it's more important to let the movements become natural and relaxed like riding a bicycle. Once you know how to ride the bike you don't think about, you just do it and enjoy the ride. The animations are nice touch though.An enjoyable DVD though the resolution could have been better. Nothing difficult here. I'm sure I'll find doing Wuji Qigong relaxing and enjoyable. I uploaded some screenshots to help show the illustrative animations, main menu and "bonus" section which is several people all doing wuji qigong. For some reason the screenshots are not in the order I uploaded them, oh well.
