Great product

They work, just in case you're skeptical, they work just as good as any DVD I've used before. They may even have a little more storage space than the average. Out of 20 haven't had one dud, can't say the same for Memorex. Easily the best value per disc, and I like how the face is just a blank shiny surface instead of those ugly "name brand" labels they put on there. Receives sharpie extremely well, dries instantly. I say these should be considered Premium, not "off-brand."

Never a problem with burning a movie/shows

This is an affordable product that works great. The only drawback is the packaging: there is no center spindle to hold the DVDs together once unwrapped. I have saved a spindle from a previous product and use that.

I run a small videography business and burn around 3,000 DVDs each year. I have used Taiyo Yuden Pro blanks for most of those years but had to seek a cheaper source when Taiyo Yuden got too expensive. I thought I'd try these based on strong user reviews. So far I've burned about 100 with no problems. I think I've found my new favorite DVD blanks.

Worked great for what they are used for

Just what I needed.

Traditionally, vendors have included a storage spindle. No such thing with this purchase. No warning about that fact, either. And three layers of unpleasant-to-deal-with adhesive packaging and a single layer of branded shrinkwrap as a substitute for the omitted spindle case. First package I opened, I lost 22 discs to an accident during 'unboxing' involving a dusty floor. Of the surviving undamaged discs, one had disc rot (seriously, how long have these been sitting around for disc rot to start showing?!) and roughly 1 in 8 failed in the burning process. It may look like you save a lot of money with these, but after accounting for the lack of spindle and the rather high failure rate, you're saving almost nothing over brands you're more familiar with. I had ordered 2 packages of these discs and wrote my review after using the first 100. The second package is quite unfortunately rapidly approaching a 100% failure rate. I have already gone through nearly half of them with every disc failing in the burn process. And yes, this is a failure of the discs rather than the burner hardware or software - I can see the absurdly expansive areas of failure with the naked eye. This isn't a matter of "oops, a little glitch" but rather hundreds of megabytes of data gone awry.
