OMG! This product is so amazing. During 2 weeks of cleanse, I did not take any carbs. I used brown and ghee butter to cook all my steaks, minimized seasoning use, didnt drink anything but water, lots of fresh and steamed veggies. I did not use this product to lose weight but lost total 11 pounds and it has been 2 months now and I have not gained any weight back (continue to eat clean and exercise) first week was very hard but, I started to crave healthier food and started to enjoy the change. I was actually able to see and feel the change. Obvious thing was just overall losing weight (11lbs in 2 weeks), skin was glowing, hair started to feel healthier, reduce the bloating and swellings, more energy, and stop feeling tire and feeling under the weather which, was the main reason why I started. I am planning to use this product 1~2 a year moving forward to clean toxic out. oh by the way- if you eat clean and cut all the carbs out you will feel so amazing.

I followed the instructions and it worked. I felt much more light, absolute no "stomach issues" after a couple days. I stopped and after a while they are back, most likely due to some food intolerance. I tried once taking just fiber supplements and the effect was very positive but not as good as this cleanse, meaning that adding the herbs to the fiber is really more effective. It is not the ultimate cure, at least for me, but for sure is a good way to start a cleansing process and in the mean time expect to feel great:)

Bought these to use as a cleanse before our wedding. Neither my spouse nor I noticed a single change (aside from more bathroom visits) despite eating healthy the entire time. It didnt cause cramping but it also didnt work so.... You have to go through their 1-800 number to supposidly get your full refund as they claim they have a 60 day satisfaction guarantee. I attempted to call the number, the computer states they are currently open, but then says the call can't be transferred goodbye and hangs up on you 🙄 there is an option to leave a vm which I did but I'm incredibly skeptical about ever hearing from this company. Seems like a total scam and I wouldnt waste the money. Will edit my review if something changes. Edit: Amazon was phenomenal, as always, and stepped in to refund me despite it being passed Amazons return time because of this company refusing to respond. Do NOT buy from this company, and big thanks for Amazon being wonderful as always!!

I had good luck with this cleanse. It was my first one and wasn't sure what to expect. I was thankful to find out it wasn't a "turbo" cleanse. It was easy to follow the directions for 2 weeks and I did feel progressively better through the process starting around day #4. I didn't track my weight, as I don't think this cleanse is meant for that and I do not believe I shed any pounds in the process, though I am a reasonably healthy middle aged man already. After the cleanse I seemed to feel a bit more motivated, a heightened mental awareness, and a slight overal improvement in my general feeling of health. I felt slightly better for several weeks after the cleanse, then felt "normal" again (which would be expected since I didn't make any overall changes to my routines of eating or activity). I rated the product 4 stars since it seemed to help my body perform better for a while. A thing I learned while on this cleanse (NOT the fault of this product): DON'T DRINK TOO MUCH WATER. The instructions say to drink plenty of water while taking this product, and to include an 8-ounce glasses of water with each dosage. The detailed instructions included with the package tell you to drink 8 to 10 glasses of purified water per day. Well I figured if 8 to 10 was good, more had to be better, and drank 17 glasses before noon. I wound up giving myself symptoms similar to hyponatremia which included a very uncomfortable headache like I had never experienced. I share this experience in the hopes that inexperienced cleansers like myself don't decide to stray from the instructions in the hopes of even better results and put themselves at risk for serious health complications. I highly recommend following all instructions with the package.

I've done a couple of diet type of cleanses and this was my first pill-based one and it is just ok. I drank a lot of water as is recommended and have a couple of bowel movements daily. Nothing that is too uncomfortable but I wouldn't do this if you have never done one before without testing it for a couple of days and close to a bathroom. The first couple of days seemed to expel the most and since I am drinking a lot of water it makes you pee a lot. I did notice that even on days that I don't drink as much water I still pee a lot so something must be working. I have to say that I felt better after a 5 day diet based cleanse then I did with this one. I think I'll stick to doing ones where it's based on eating whole foods. Good if you don't want to change your diet much and just want to take a pill and drink water.
