I can fall asleep in under 60 seconds but my poor spouse has a mind that starts racing as soon as head meets pillow. This really helps. Spouse falls asleep and then wakes up rested in the morning, not groggy like with drugs. Standard homeopathic instructions: tip out what you need, if you get too much out just throw the rest away, and dissolve under the tongue in a "natural" mouth (nothing to eat or drink, including toothpaste, for 10 minutes before and after). HIGHLY unlikely to do any harm, and may be exactly what you need.

These work better than anything ibhace tried! Inwouod recommend them and purchase them on a regular basis.

I ordered this as a three product "cure" for tinnitus (you know, you'll go the extra mile just in case you can get relief) but needless to say nothing happened, not as separate products, not as a combination (the other two products gathering dust are Goldenseal and Ginko biloba). Complete waste of money and time.

This stuff rocks. Quiets the mental "chatter" and helps you relax. I often have trouble falling asleep because the wheels of my mind keep turning. This stuff helps, and if you add in Rescue Remedy or Relax-All, you'll get an amazing night's sleep. Down side...you go through the tube pretty fast. If it doesn't work for you, try taking more or less than what is recommended. With homeopathic stuff, everyone's body is different, so even though you might have a bigger-than-average body, your body might actually do better on less. Just experiment before giving up. This stuff is subtle, but it works great.

I have ordered this product a couple of times and am very pleased with coffee cruda 6c. Since I ordered several vials at a time I did not inspect them when they arrived. They all had a new label on them covering the name of the product. In removing that label inorder to open the vial, I noticed that three of my vials are not Coffee cruda 6 c. They are Petroleum 6 c. Now the return date has expired. Hope this review will get back to the company that provides this product.
