A Game Changer but with a few caveats
Having COPD it is impossible for me to walk any great distances even with O2. I recently moved into a neighborhood I would have 5 years ago considered a paradise to walk in. But, health prevents that so I did the next best thing and got this scooter. Let me start by saying this has been a game changer for me. It's now been 4 months since I purchased this. For the most part, I am still very pleased with it. I'm getting around and doing things I wasn't able to beforehand. As for the scooter, the tires are plastic and hold up well however it does make for a bumpy ride at times. Not all sidewalks are created equal. Pneumatic tires may have been a better choice but this is minor compared to relying on others to even just go to the connivence store. I love the basket. The front holds my O2 machine and then some and the back basket is a great size. The throttles are easy to use either hand or finger. I've had only one issue over the last few months. During a ride, I guess I hit a dip that was a bit much on the scooter. No worries, I was riding along fine but then I started to hear 2 short beeps. A quick Chatgpt query told me what was happening. I limped home a few feet at a time. I would have to cut the bike off, lather rinse repeat till I got home. Turns out the battery either got a bit jostled and was not making a proper connection or it needed to be reseeded. In any event, it was an easy fix and I'm back out on these mean sidewalks! Happy scootering!

Enjoying My Freedom
I’m happy I purchased this scooter! I love the fact that I can go shopping and use my own scooter rather than the store’s scooter or hope they have one available. The scooter is very quiet, moves quickly, turns with ease, easy to put together, and fit perfectly in the back of my Pathfinder. The downside is the leg room. I’m 5’3 and wish it had just a little bit more room but all in all I alive it!

Works great
Scooter is a life saver for me to get around. I have it now for 6 months and have no problems or issues with it at all. Easy to work, seems to hold a charge well and lasts quite a while on a charge. I don't use it thru the house but it is small enough to go from room to room and quick enough to get you around. Its lite enough and compact enough to take it to the store or wherever. I would definitely reccomend it and Metro Mobility did a great job in getting it to me 4 days before they said it would be there.

Great scooter
I have a tracheostomy tube and shortness of breath so it's hard to walk long distances. I only wish I had had this when I was going through my cancer treatments. I plan on using it to go to the specialists offices where I have a lot of walking to do. It's a great little scooter with lot's of power and steers great. I would have given a 5 star rating but my only complaint is the badket is so small and there's no way to add a larger one to the back.

Great scooter for the money!
So glad I bought this. I have degenerative disc disease so walking long distance is agony. This makes getting around soooo much easier. It is heavy to get in and out of the trunk but I have helpers (strong kids still at home ;) I will eventually need a car ramp to carry it but for now I can handle it. It moves fast, the battery lasts a very long time and it is easy to maneuver. I did buy a seat cushion because the seat is a bit uncomfortable after you've been in it awhile other than that, it's perfect👌. I just wish I'd bought it sooner.

Never ɓuy
I purchased this mobility scooter and had to replace parts after 1 month and battery died before it was used for only 4 months. Purchased it in December and they say l can not get a new battery because its only warranty for 6 months. I'm from Canada so it would cost me double the price. Terrible buy
