Nice menthol herb drops for sore/irritated throat, stuffy nose. I like to let them dissolve in my mouth at night [but obviously that won't work if you sleep on your back, you might swallow it and choke. I only do it if the mouth is angled down.] Anyway, they're good for opening nose/sinus and soothing throat in my experience, being sugar free means I don't feel I have to brush my teeth after using them = good for night-time.
