EDIT: exchanged the old one and the new one works perfectly. Plug-and-play, no drivers to install on Windows. Used to clone an old 1TB laptop HDD to a new SSD. Cloned the whole drive first try without issues. BEFORE EXCHANGE: Windows does not recognize the device, which makes it completely unusable. Usually when this happens, there is a driver that must be installed. However, there is no driver available for download for this device, so I can only assume it's faulty. Tested on two different PC's, one Windows 10 and the other Windows 11, with the same error.

Its alright, if not a little cheap quality. But I've been using this for years and its given me no problems, and its come in handy multiple times. Nice to have, and I trust it.
