Pro Synthetic Kinesiology Athletic Tape, 20 Count, 10” Precut Strip

Use for taping my feet to avoid blisters when ski touring. Works great every time. Can be tough to pull off but if you soak it first it comes off no issues. Super comfortable and high quality. Sticks great and doesn't come off in my ski boots.

This tape is very professional. It looks great, but more importantly, it stays on for 3-4 days and keeps working.

It truly helps me a lot. My wrists and my lower back. When work out also need to use it and it is fabulous.

The tape is hard to keep on in some places over my knee. It’s not to bad.

I used this for the first time for my arthritic knee. It gave me support & pain relief. Unlike a thick knee wrap, it doesn't slip or cut off my circulation. I will be ordering more for sure. Wish I had tried it earlier.

OK, I am going to preface this first by saying that you probably should not run on serious injuries and always listen to your body, be conservative. With that said I did train and run a marathon with a bit of shin splints (still being conservative for my experience in running). I used the KT tape on my shins and it relieved the pain! you also should look up YouTube videos how to properly apply the tape, and once you do, this stuff is incredible and I do believe actually works. Essentially it is lifting the skin barrier to allow more blood flow to the site. I don’t think it lasts the 3 to 5 days that it says, especially if you are being active, taking showers or it is rubbing against socks or something like that. I changed the tape probably every other day, which I am fine with given how well it works. It’s not going to heal your injuries, but I do believe it makes it manageable! I am a KT tape user for life!

KT Tape is an amazing product for pain, muscle soreness, and overall flexibility. I recommend that users read the instructions on application carefully, as the tape isn’t easy to peel and can bunch up quickly (resulting in a ruined strip). Lastly, the company states that the tape can last up to 7 days and through showers/perspiration, however the reality is that the tape lasts a maximum of 3 days, and always has for me.

This tape is brilliant! I had previously bought tape from a leading chemist, at the same sort of price (they've reduced it recently!), and it was much flimsier and nowhere near as sticky as KT PRO Tape. Having had major knee problems most of my adult life, it's brilliant to find something that supports my knees, and can help my quads take the strain, as I still play 5-a-side. As well as the support, its adherence to the skin is impressive. You can shower and it will remain stuck (I think following the instructions about rubbing the tape when first putting it on seems important in this respect). I haven't tried keeping the tape on for much more than 1 and a half days, but I can imagine that it would last the 3/4 days people claim. I'm totally sold on this tape, and would highly recommend it.
