It's not for baking!
I had to give this 5 stars for both the fact that it is good cinnamon chips and also all the negative reviews from people who didn't know what they were buying. No, this is not chocolate chips in cinnamon form. This is crushed up cinnamon bark. I use it in my Masala Chai blend.

Don't buy this to bake with!
Wanted to make cinnamon chip scones with this product but the chunks are so huge and hard there is no way to bake unless you were wanting to loose a tooth. The item say for baking but I have no clue how you could use something like this and eat it. Now I have a have an open bag of cinnamon chips and no way to return them, very disappointed with this!

Literal Cinnamon Bark
This is literal cinnamon bark, NOT "chips" like edible chocolate chips. With that in mind - this is awesome! I use it for potpourri, tea, and other such things. Fragrant, fresh and organic! I would absolutely buy this again!

Not what I expected
This is hard cinnamon bark not chips. They do not soften with baking so you don’t want these for baked goods. They do smell amazing and I am going to try them in coffee but I wish I had realized these were not what I wanted

Easy to grind because of small chips
Let me explain few things about this product lots of people has reviews they used in bakinglike as chocolate chips ,these are hard chips we use in drinks tea coffee or other drinks to boil in water to get full fragrance but for baking you have grind in coffee grinder to make powder to bake it we can use in cooking these are super easy to grind .

These are not edible!
This item was a complete rip off. They are rock hard, even after being baked in a batter. More than that, they have refused a return. I hope they use my $30 donation well, because it was SURELY not in exchange for any GOODS or services. What an absolute WASTE. I would be better off buying hot garbage. DO NOT purchase this item.

Great for adding to coffee grounds
We brew a pot of coffee every day. These enhance the coffee so much just by adding a small scoop to the grounds before brewing. So good.
