It arrived with an antler broken so that's why I give it 4 stars. I was able to super glue it back on. It's definitely fragile but very cute!

I mean, who has seen a pontoon boat Christmas ornament before? This was an awesome find for my hubby for Christmas. First year we bought a pontoon boat and now we have this in memory of the year we bought it! Great quality. Heavy, but not too heavy. Just perfectly made. Love it!

The ornament is super cute but it arrived broken. It was packaged with no protective wrapping or anything just the ornament in an Amazon box. I don't know why thought that would be a good idea.

Arrived well packaged, in perfect condition. We’re very happy with it to signify our first pontoon boat this year.

The ornament was really cute and just what I wanted. However it was not packed well and simply placed in a bubble wrap envelope. It should have been wrapped in tissue and then placed in the envelope. All the little pieces broke off - coffee cups and reindeer antlers. I was able to glue some of them back on. From far away you would not know it was broken.

Santa's hat tossel is missing, as is the top of the Christmas tree. The box arrived in perfect condition, and it is clear the ornament had been broken prior to it being shipped.
