Ok not as strong as I thought they would be.
I tried this when I normally use Tylenol PM. I don’t think it did as well. It was t as strong for muscle and pain aches. I believe Tylenol pm Is better for me.

Works for hubby
Once in awhile my husband's back gives him problems, and we found that this works for him at night, so we now keep it on hand and have begun buying it from Amazon due to the cost and availability that the other two stores do not have all the time, and when they do, it is outrageous.
