Yes. It replaces Honeywell p/n 40003916-026. **Q: Is there a replacement powerhead for the Honeywell V8043F?** A: I believe the mounting and mechanics are the same for the V8043F as the V8043E, but have not fully verified that. Only that the wire connection is different, screw terminals versus wire leads. I believe out AD1S replacement powerhead will work, just that the wire leads are supplied instead of screw terminals. **Q: My honeywell zone v8043 has loose spring, whole level can be streatched out of its place not just moved along.Do need to buy this, or just the motor?** A: The motor has only the motor and wire leads. If anything else is needed you'll have to buy the whole power head. But, I'd steer clear of this manufacturer. All of the units i purchased failed within 3 weeks.
