We really appreciate the high quality and absorbency of Always cotton pads. I became allergic to all other non-cotton pads about 10 years ago. No one needs a rash there! My female family members only use Always cotton because they are comfortable, clean and don't bunch up. We use all the sizes between all our different needs

If you have very sensitive skin that reacts to regular pads, give these a try. I was surprised at the difference the cotton makes. More expensive, but well worth it.

These are the BEST pads I've tried on Amazon. They are the best for no leaks and really conform to your body well. They have a unique shape and fit that really does flex with you. I also find that I can wear them for at least an hour or two longer than other pads before having to change. My only downside is that they aren't organic, and for me I try to find the cleanest materials possible since it's making contact with such a sensitive part of your body. So minus one star for that. But other than that, I love them.
