Tena Silhouette High Waist Underwear Plus Black Medium, Pack of 9

My wife is mostly restricted to her bed or her wheeled chair, owing to Dementia caused by Alzheimer’s disease. She wears these super-knickers (my phrase) day and night.Four nights out of five there is no leakage - the absorbency is brilliant. The fit is good for her and I can get them on her with a simple roll to each side. They split easily both sides, to make getting them off easy, too.Good product that I am confident enough to have a constant supply order coming through Amazon.

I really loved these for post partum. I had a c section so I needed something that sat above the scar which it did! I had no pain in that area at all and the underwear protected it from my jogging bottom waistband. I ordered size M and am usually a 10 - I found them a little small around the upper thigh, but I just cut the seam on either side about an inch and they fit perfectly. As my belly shrank back I stopped needing to cut them. Very stretchy and was able to contain all my post partum bleeding (which was heavy). I’d highly recommend for any mums that don’t want to buy all new underwear for the short time after birth.I also bought the Always version of underwear and they were nowhere near as stretchy or comfortable around the back and I found myself reaching for the Tena ones every time instead.

The new version of the Tena silhouette large (size 18 to 22) are tiny. They are certainly ‘more discreet’ and come nowhere near waist level. You might as well buy the low waist version. They are far too small and much more uncomfortable than the original version. Buy up the old ones when you see them.

Used for hospital. Very comfortable. Heart fit. Quality was really good. A bit pricey. Absorbency is very good.

Just what I wanted, mum uses them all the time. The price was reasonable and delivery on time and quick.

I used these after giving birth. They were so much better than the pads that you can use as they’re more comfortable, hold everything in, you’re not worried about it moving out of place and the black conceals a lot of the colour which makes you feel a bit more human
