Notary Records Journal All States

This Notary Journal provides all the information needed to keep a record of your notaries. The first one I purchased had a ribbon bookmark and it was GREAT!!! The past 5 I have ordered does not have that ribbon bookmark and I keep hoping with each order that they will put it back in, but so far the maker has not. Hard cover holds up very well. I work in courthouse and get LOTS of notaries and this is a great way to keep up with them.

The journal has all the required blocks for a good notarial act record. However, the binding is tight, and it feels like it might break when opening to make entries. In other words, the binder doesn't open "flat", which will make it harder to make entries on the left page. You do have to hold the binder open with one hand while writing with the other. I'd prefer if the bind edge was more flexible or even spiral bound.

This journal is lovely, very professional-looking and of good quality. I like that it can hold so many signatures. The only way it could be better is if the pages were slightly thicker and if the spaces were a little wider, as I work with many people who have vision impairments and larger spaces in between lines are easier for them to sign on. But overall a very good product, and I would recommend it.

I hate the two-page per entry journals - they're so cumbersome. This is just perfect for me! It's easy to carry, and since each transaction fits on one page, all of the information you need is right in front of you. I will definitely purchase this notary journal again in the future.

Great for Notary

Sturdy journal and the format I prefer. Love it!

I like this journal because of it's large notation fields. There are great margins, with well shaped, spaced and aligned boxes for all of the many needed marks when notarizing. I would have preferred it to be bound but I can't complain. Works great! Use it often.
