LEGO Creator Expert MINI Cooper 10242 Construction Set

Beautiful and great "creator lego" set.. Love it

The 007 Aston Martin was very fun to build and this was close to being as fun but not as fun but still fun build. LEGO needs more of these creator sets, they are so detailed and well designed. Was missing parts to attatch inner door panel tiles but will get replacement sent out soon. I buy a lot of LEGO sets and this is first time a set was missing a few parts. I just improvised to proceed with build and finished it tonight.

I like 10220 more, because that one is bigger and more complex to assemble, but this is still a good LEGO set, especially when you like Mini Cooper more. I will recommend to buy this set from LEGO directly. I purchased it from Amazon, and then realized that there is a VIP program on LEGO website, and it can help you save some money, or even get free small items. Enjoy!

I had a blast putting this together--I never really played with Legos as a kid, but now that I'm heading into Seniorville I'm ready to make up for lost time! This was my first kit and although it is labeled "expert," I didn't have any trouble with assembly. It's like putting together furniture from that big Swedish store that starts with an "I" and ends with an "A"--only without the back pain afterwards <grin>. So if that sounds like something you'd enjoy, by all means give one of these kits a try. I've got my eye on the VW camper next, but I really wish they'd release a teardrop trailer kit....

Very fun to build but it came with the wrong windshield part. Too lazy to contact Lego to get the right part, but it looks awesome. Very fun to build, my 3rd Lego car

I liked that the original packaging was intact - this is always a risk when buying a discontinued product I’ve looked for this for some time and I’m looking forward to building the kit 😊

Love this LEGO Creator car. Love all the detail that’s in it including the picnic basket and movable seats and doors. Fairly easy to put together but have to be careful to follow directions.

Eventually we got the mini constructed. There was a piece missing and a piece broken. But the seller was fantastic and sent them to me straightaway by first class post. Can’t fault this seller

Es un gran auto a escala, con detalles GRANDIOSOS y con cierto nivel de complejidad. Muy recomendable para disfrutar de unas horas durante varios días armándolo. Ojalá hubiera de otros colores pero solo esta disponible en el verde clásico. Muy recomendable, gran atención y el envío llego a tiempo.
