Does exactly what it claims to do. I’ve used it on and off over the last month and have noticed a slight increase in grip strength. The main gripper ranges from small resistance to a lot, so I’d imagine this will be enough resistance for most people (excluding babies and bodybuilders). Comes with 5 instruments, which are all decent quality. Some of the mechanical ones make funky sounds, but none have broken or show any signs of exploding, so that’s good. Main complaint is that the grip trainer isn't very comfortable. But it’s lightweight and portable. I bought it on sale for like $8. Reasonable price would be $10-20. If you can get it in that range, I’d say great, it’s worth it.

Great product, after using it, helped with my TRIGGER FINGER and was able to open small and large water bottles. Love it!

Sufficient for my needs in recovering from a broken wrist. The rubber finger extension exerciser was too small and seemed pretty stiff. Otherwise the set is usable and of good quality.

I ordered this bag of hand exercises around a month ago and I have been absolutely loving them. What I love most is the quality of all the pieces, everything is well made. I also appreciate the adjustability, no matter how strong your grip is I'm sure you will find this challenging. The size of everything is excellent, and all the pieces fit perfectly in a small travel bag. I have been using these items serval times a week and I already notice an improvement in my hand strength its very effective. I'm sure you will be just as impressed as I am.

This was so good and helpful. It is very good for the price and adjusting is really easy. I was also thinking it was going to be really noisy and uncomfortable but it is really nice to use. It can get sweaty but thats going to happen obviously but it doesn’t get sticky.

The forearm trainer i bought last year has been serving me well at my desk at work. It has helped me not to get too stiff in my hands after all the works typing. I can say the spring tension mechanism is a bit touchy after being used so much. I use it hour or more a day and coworkers too but it is holding up super well to constant use. The other items that came with handgrip are super helpful as a stress relief as they are squeezable without noise.

The tension on the springs is very weak, cheap quality

The product broke after some use. The shock was when I looked at the broken parts they were all made of plastic without any metal.

The grip is weak even at the strongest setting and the other accessories are very cheap, not branded like in the pictures either.
