Too hard.

These pads are very basic and provide the perfect amount of support for flat shoes. The pads are very easy to place in your shoes. I have purchased these twice.

Worked ok

These are not gel which is good . They are a firm foam. Stick well. Make sure they are placed properly. I wear a womens size 8. The large was too big so I reordered a medium.

I found these most tolerable by taking my insole out and fixing the pad to the underside. This has helped my toe pain immensely.

Excellent quality materials, for good cushioning and support. Had been suggested by my Physical Therapist.

As Expected.

A bit tall for the diameter. Feels like a golf ball under my foot sometimes.
