Is the Webcam sold as logitech C920x Counterfeit? answered Chris Bell 9 days ago I recently purchased what was advertised as a logitech C920x webcam on Amazon. I just set it up and went to your (the logitech) website to download the firmware which is supposed to allow me access to the controls. I did not see the C920x listed there. I also note that several others have posted the same question I am posting now and your (logitech's) answer has consistently avoided answering this question publicly, though it appears you are answering it privately. can you zoom in and out with this camera?

Kinda sorta! You can zoom in with Logitech Capture which can then be used as a virtual camera in Skype or Zoom. However, on my i9-9900k cpu with 64 gb of ram, there is about a 2 second delay with Logitech Capture (compared to virtually no delay when accessing the camera directly). For me, this means that I don't use the zoom feature, so essentially NO, this camera cannot zoom in a real world application.
