Just gave this a test run. WOW! I've suffered from PE my whole life. I've tried the typical numbing sprays, and not only do they not feel good, they only ever gave me an extra minute max. I've spent more than a year trying to properly fix my PE with all the typical exercises and training methods you'll find online, with only minor success. With this, I lasted 20-30 minutes easily without even feeling the urge to finish. After that, the effects started to wear off but I was still able to go another 30 minutes, just with more awareness and start/stopping. As others have said, only apply a tiny amount, and rinse off before the deed. It does sting a little while it's on, but that fades a few minutes after rinsing. It's definitely a desensitizer, but it doesn't "numb" you in the way other products do. It just greatly reduces your sensitivity (you'll have to experience it to understand). Finding your preferred amount will take some trial and error. Clearly not everyone gets results from this product. But PLEASE give it a try. This is not a cure for PE, but its an amazing temporary measure that allows us to still have meaningful sex lives whilst ALSO trying to tackle the root cause. I can only imagine how much this will do for me psychologically. Sex doesn't have to be scary anymore. Eventually I'll see "oh once I fix this one issue, I'm good".

I never write reviews. 4 ive written. Ever. This stuff ACTUALLY WORKS!!! DO NOT USE TOO MUCH !! You only need a little dab and put in all over the head of your penis. You wont be able to climax if you use too much.

I'm 25 years old and always have had issues with PE. Up until today, I've never had satifying sexual intercourse as every single time I'd cum in no more than 3-4 minutes, often times as soon as I started.
