JUMPOW Back Stretcher for Lower Back Pain Relief,3 Level Lumbar Board

I have some buldging disc in my lower bac and they pinch my nerves at least once a year.About 7 months ago my back went out and after I healed up I still would feel a little tingle in my left lower back and I was always worried about my back being on the verge of going out.Over Thanksgiving my back went out again and the whole week I was having issues walking.I ordered this thinking I would just try it.i layed on it for about 5 minutes and when I got up I felt noticeably better.after about a hour I started to feel the pain slowly coming back.I did it another 5 minutes before I went to bed.Again felt much better.When I got out of bed the next morning I felt like I had a new back I could not believe it.I have used this for 1 week now,five minutes when I get out of bed,and the same when I go to bed.My back has not felt this good in years.Im not saying it will fix every back issue,it solved mine and its the best $20 bucks I spent in a long time.It is uncomfortable,but its stretching your back,its doing its job.I definitely would say its worth trying if you have back issues,depending on how major they are,obviously if you have had surgery you may want to check with your doctor.

Received this lumbar stretcher yesterday. After lying on it for a few minutes, I could feel the stress in the middle of my back dissipate. I stand up most days with the work that I do and it causes a lot of stress in the middle of my back (bra-line area). As soon as I started to lay on this back stretchers, I could hear my spine pop as if to settle back into place. The pressure was immediately released and relief was felt right away. I’ve only used this stretcher on Level 1. I had to take many slow, deep “yoga breaths” in order to release the stress in my back muscles. I know that the pain and stress of initial use will slowly fade away and then I’ll be able to use this on Level 2 etc. I love the fact that it folds flat and can be easily transported to go wherever I go. I highly recommend this product if you suffer from a tight, sore back. Hang in there and give it time.

First it was not the easiest thing to clip in. Killed my fingers trying to get it into the notches. The “acupuncture” knots are a little painful so I would recommend getting the one without the knots in it. It does stretch out your back but hard to get use to. My boyfriend can’t use it because of the sensitivity to the knots on it. I use it some. Also this does not “pop” your back like it shows on TikTok. My son was disappointed when he wanted to hear my back pop like on TikTok and I had to break it to him that those are just sound effects! LOL

This product has had great media exposure so my expectations where higher than normal for the relief and comfort it would provide. I am a 6ft 235lb male and have numerous nerve and muscle issues from a previous accident and I purchased this device for relief of tension in my lower back. Upon my first use, this device failed to provide the support needed to even execute and stretching as it collapsed on itself when I laid my back on it on every tension setting it jist collapsed and more so on lowest setting jumped back up and popped me in the back. I feel this device may help individuals with mild back issues or symptoms of muscle pain also having a lighter body makeup may help as well but for me it didn't provide any relief or support so I do not recommend this item.

I decided to go with a cheaper version to stretch my lower back and see if it helped before potentially getting a better one. I've had lower back issues for several years. Physical therapy didn't help, the chiropractor did stop the spasems but not the discomfort and I accept that this is life now, however, i didn't want to go to the chiropractor for the rest of my life (I went for two years). I ordered this to help take the edge off the morning tightness before going to work and looking at the pictures in the description, I wanted to arch my back like the woman in the ad. It looked wonderful. What a relief that would be! Alas, it's surprising impossible for me. I put it on max arch and it was like trying to bend a 2 by 4. Not happening. Went to lowest setting, I'm still a board. I have no flex and I don't understand but that being said, It Worked because the relief of getting off the thing is sublime. Idk how anyone can lay on these things for 20 minutes. I can't lay on it for longer than 5, and that's struggling to relax and feeling all my core muscles trying to prevent my body from flowing with the form. Even my abs are pulling against it, but it does help. Maybe someday I will be able to drape over the lowest setting, dream of the highest, and accept the fact that if my back bends that far it's probably broken.

Seriously, as a chronic back pain sufferer due to lifelong scoliosis, I know all about the expense and hassle of frequent chiropractor visits. I just discovered this device a couple weeks ago thanks to an ad on Instagram and I decided to take a chance on it. So glad I did! The ad says to spend about five minutes a day stretching on it but I use it in three different positions up and down my spine for about 30 seconds each. If you learn to properly relax onto it and let your core muscles NOT try to hold you up, you'll find that your vertebrae slip right back into their proper position quickly and easily. Takes a LOT of pressure off the nerves! If you have scoliosis or poor posture or just need frequent spine adjustments, I strongly recommend this inexpensive and easy-to-use device!

Bought 2 of these, gifted 1 to my friend. She only opened her parcel a few weeks after it was delivered to her home, as she was at her parents house taking care of them. Unfortunately, her item was broken. Despite the long time lapse I tried writing to the seller with pictures, and they very kindly acknowledged my issue, and are generously going to replace the broken item. I'm anticipating the delivery so I can finally gift a good product to my friend. I myself really love it and use it for about 10 minutes every other night. It helps to "open up" my back, especially after the whole day sitting in front of a computer with a hunched posture.
