Very compact and capable little camcorder/camera for under £100
Very compact and capable little camcorder/camera for under £100 On unboxing i was really pleasantly surprised of just how good the finish is on this little camera it looks and feels like it should be more expensive! It comes with an instruction manual, hdmi lead, 2 X batteries, micro usb lead for charging although there was no charger, I had to use my smartphone charger as a means of charging the battery. It also comes with a microphone, lens sun screen and a nice ergonomic handle, there is also a small soft case for storing the camera. All the accessories can be mounted/dismounted for the users own preferences, there is also a remote control which is really handy if you are blogging etc. The LCD touch screen is fully rotatable and is nice and clear with an easy to use menu screen, you can use the buttons on the camera itself or use the touch screen to Navigate. If however you have sausage fingers like me navigating using the touchscreen can be a bit awkward but certainly not impossible. The camera does not come with an SD card so you will need to add one for video and picture storage etc, if you are using a micro SD card you will need an adapter! What's the video and picture quality like? To be honest your certainly not going to win any academy awards with this, however the video quality is pretty decent and the still pictures are not bad either. I do think there is a little embellishment claiming a full 36 MP on this little camera so If you are looking for a pro performance camera/camcorder then this is not for you. For me the unit delivers enough quality for what I need, some movie footage trekking with my dogs also some nice still pictures, and for under £100 I'm certainly not going to cry if I drop or damage it. Would I recommend this? Definitely, a light compact camcorder for an amateur blogger or someone that wants to take movies and stills perhaps on holiday without breaking the bank, or worried about it getting broken or stollen, for under £100 your certainly not going to loose any sleep over it.

Really bright Night Vision (Night Shoot) IR Light
I purchased this camera as my first "Urban Exploring" equipment (we got lot of bunkers in Poland that are worth going into) and have to say I am really positively suppressed, as I wasn't expecting a lot from the build in IR iluminator (So I additionally purchased separate Camera IR Iluminator accessory) but it does pretty great job illuminating what was in front. I have tested it in nearby forest and it illuminated around 20m of what was in front. I will try to list couple of Positive Points about this camera but there are some Negative to look for as well. Positive: 1). The Camcorder sits in the hand really comfortably and does have all the buttons really close within finger reach. 2). The camcorder is really compact and can fit in ones pocket or belt pouch. 3). The setup of the software is really simple and doesn't require a lot of camera knowledge. 4). Day Recording Video quality is impressive on FHD. 5). Nigh Vision (Night Shoot) Recording is fun to use and simple to switch to (simply press once on Power Button). 6). Really powerful IR iluminator (like said previously) can illuminate up to 20m in front. 7). Using the Lens Hood is advised on daytime recording for depth of the picture and sun glare can be a annoyance. 8). The batteries that are included are NP-40 with 800mAh of power which is enough for about 2h of constant recording but I do recommend purchasing NP-40 with 1500mAh for longer use. 9). The build in mic is really sensitive and the audio in the recording you can hear all the cracks when You walk with the camera. Negative: 1). The Camcorder with Holder/Handle does not screw in properly (at least in my case) and it was really wobbly when mounted. 2). The flip screen is not as sensitive as phones and may feel like it may break at any time. 3). There is no autofocus or manual focus so it is hard to control what you record when switching from close to far items and other way round. 4). The zoom feature is not smooth and gets really grainy when in use. 5). When using the Night Vision with 2.5k setting for recording the video is bit laggy (lower Frame Rate) and there is a nasty screen line (on the recording) as if someone divided the recording in two and then slided them closer together. When using the FHD it is all fine no line and video is much smother. 6). When using the Lens Hood you can't use IR light as the hood itself blocks it, so if you want to protect the camera from bumping into something while using Nigh Vision I do recommend additional IR light source.

no instructions
I gave it 4 stars because once i get used to it i'm sure it will be fine for my purpose(recording my music acoustically). However my main gripe is lack of instructions! For a novice like me i NEED to be shown in diagrams really. The 1st thing is it doesn't give you ANY indications how to put the battery & SD card in,although i figured it out for myself. Secondly the touch screen is a fiddle with the size of the screen and(for me anyway)i have to press it 2 or 3 times! Thirdly the general instructions are almost non existant and as for the remote control....well i couldn't find playback on it and just have to guess what the buttons do! BUT,with all this in mind i do believe its a handy bit of kit for the price, but certainly NOT for a novice.

Ok as a webcam but no audio
My wife is a Ballet Teacher, I bought this camera so she could provide online Zoom ballet lessons In lockdown. The camera works great with Zoom as a USB webcam, it’s easy to use and plug and play. The tripod mount was really important factor in choosing this camera. There are a few negative points. When connected as a USB webcam the remote control doesn’t work, so you can’t zoom in and out or go to wide angle without going back to the camera and using the W/T button. Also when connected as a USB camera there doesn’t appear to be a USB microphone function so you get video only via USB and no audio. We’ve had to use a separate external mic for the PC. Apart from that it’s good value for money.

Remarkable quality at this price - very pleased
I have to admit that I wasn't expecting anything this good for less than £100. But in fact I really can't fault the quality of the hardware or the video that it creates. As promised, the package comes with a separate external microphone (with detachable wind baffle), lens cap and lens hood, a remote control, a spare battery, a soft case, cables and a hand mount for mobile filming. All of this is well made, with sturdy plastics being used on several items. The camera itself is light and very easy to use. If I'd paid £200 for this, I'd actually be satisfied with the value - and that's saying something. The video output is AVI format with photos in JPG. I've found that the touch screen often needs several presses to register my touch, but I have that problem on lots of devices for some reason. My only criticism would be with the documentation, which shows its Chinese origins - its meaning isn't always clear and it could do with better illustrations. But you do get manuals for the camera and the external microphone and, while not detailed enough, they give enough info to get started. So, overall I'd recommend this to anyone who wants a good, high quality video camera for home or outdoor filming at a bargain price. What more can I say?

Cluttered image when used for Vologing.
I was very happy with it until I tried to use it for the one thing I bought it for. When using it for live videos over the internet it is impossible to lose all the peripheral information you see on the touch screen. It all appear on the output. I bought this to be able to switch between two cameras whilst recording and it has such a cluttered image from this with the time, flashing red light dot and all the other data being shown. I will keep it for filming the grandkids. But what I bought it for isn't going to work. The manual is worse than useless and the touch screen has the options darkened so you have to touch them to see what they are and then that changes the setting! Build quality is good for the price, but these issues are a massive let down.

Phones may record good video but can't compete with this one
Love the quality. Recently started recording online lectures and this is perfect. I was a bit concerned with reviews but it works perfect for a High definition video. Uploaded some on YouTube too. The functions are very easy to use. I think anyone can easily use the features kids and adults. My previous camera had a very poor quality now when I compare with this. Phones can be good with video but can't compete with a camera like this.

Amazing value!
I'm not sure why there are negative reviews for this camera I took a gamble buying this to use as a hard cam for my wrestling promotion's shows and whilst the picture can look grainy on the cameras viewer when I put my videos through my editor they were immaculate for the resolution they say the camera provides. So far I've still only used one battery and it has maintained strength.and the camera is super light and I even dropped it accidentally and it didn't break lol To some this camera up, in my opinion it's full value for the money it's even a bit of a bargain.
