It does what it says. It helps my immune system and it is made in the USA.

Our family takes this 4 in 1 supplement to boost our immunity year round. If we feel like we are starting to get sick, we double it (this is not medical advice. Please do your research in amounts to take, especially for children). Nature Bell recently added quercetin to it, the zinc and Vi.t C amounts have remined the same to my recollection, but not sure on the elderberry. The color changed, however from purple to yellowish due to the quercetin Nature Bell assured me. I have taken quercetin on it's own before so I recognized the color, though I did contact them first to make sure I hadn't received an incorrect batch. This elderberry seems just as strong and effective as some other formulations I have bought from other makers which were supposed to be more concentrated than this. I take one to two of these purple capsules per day. I wonder if I can hear better after taking these? I am not sure but I am very healthy while on these. Thank you Amazon and Naturebell.
