I find this to be an exceptionally good product, even more effective than Senakot s. And the price by comparison is amazing. This is 200 tablets for $9+ and the latter is $24+ for 60 tablets. I have had little to no stomach discomfort.

I had the name brand and then tried this one because it had such a good price compared to the name brand, and the active ingredients were, as far as I could tell, the same. It is very easy to use; it is a medium tablet you can take with water. The effects are gentle, and when I take it a little before bed it’s “all systems go” in the morning.

Works well. But it takes 10-12 hour to work for me.

I’ve tried quite a few laxatives and stool softeners over the years, and honestly these little GenCare Senna-S tablets have worked better for me than most of the bigger name brands. I'm always fighting constipation thanks to meds so I was glad to find these work well with no cramping. My only complaint is that the plastic smell from the bottle and even from the capsules is SO strong, it's hard to make myself put them in my mouth. I can smell the plastic odor from a few feet away as soon as I open the bottle. Can't be healthy!
