he Bissell Commercial BigGreen BGFS650 Hercules truly lives up to its name! After using it to clean our facility floors, the results were nothing short of impressive. The difference was immediately noticeable — the machine lifted built‑up dirt and grime that mopping alone could never touch. In the before area, you can clearly see heavy discoloration and embedded dirt across the tile surface. After running the Hercules Scrub and Clean over the same section, the flooring looks dramatically brighter and refreshed. The after photo shows a clean, uniform floor with a visible contrast from where the machine worked its magic. What stood out most: Powerful scrubbing action — It pulled years of dirt from textured flooring with ease. Lightweight and easy to maneuver — Despite being a commercial unit, it glides smoothly and fits well in tighter spaces like offices and breakrooms. Professional‑level results — The cleaned floors look almost new again, with a clear improvement in brightness and overall appearance. Great for high‑traffic areas — It restored surfaces that are constantly exposed to foot traffic, rolling chairs, and daily wear. Searched several options for a floor scrubber. Even contemplated renting. Finally decided on this scrubber. My primary concerns were the ability of the scrubber to do the job and reliability. I have about 1800 sq ft of ceramic tile that needed a good scrubbing. The scrubber exceeded my expectations. I used the Zep floor cleaner at 1oz per gallon of water. Just poured some on the floor and started scrubbing. It not only cleaned the floor of several years of accumulated crap up in the master bath, it also cleaned a couple of years of grease and grime from the kitchen/family room areas. Key is using lots of cleaner and going over the same area a couple of passes. You literally need the floor covered in cleaner and use the scrubber to move it around and pass over each area multiple times. Doing it that way it even got most of the grout clean. Next scrubbing those will probably clean also. By lots of cleaner I used 3 gallons of water and 3 oz of Zep for the entire 1800sq ft! Not sure which is the better buy. The scrubber or the Zep! So this little scrubber is very capable of cleaning most home floors. As far as reliability I'll only know for certain many years from now, hopefully! But even though it uses plastic wheels and maybe even gears I've been around for over 60 years and frankly all of those machines made out of "iron" were not that good. The old days were never as good as we remember them. This scrubber seems to be well built for what it's intended. Home use. If it lasts long enough to clean the tile this well ever year for the next ten years I'll be happy. If it lasts twenty years then I'll be more than happy and more than 80 years old! Beats the hell out of the old days of actually scrubbing floors!

This is an interesting machine. I have a Bissell Spinwave that I absolutely LOVE and recommend, but I needed something that would scrub my dirtier tile floors with stuck on food and stains. This one caught my eye because of the scrub brush attachments. I don’t use it commercially, so I can’t speak to its durability in that setting, but I can say that this is marketed for home use under another brand called Eubank, lol, (which is also available on Amazon), so I suspect this is more for home use or commercial “housekeeping”cleaners vs large hospital-sized cleaning. The main reason I say that is the tiny pads. They’re a third of the size of Spinwave. It would take you forever to clean a large building, and probably even a large home for that matter. I have all hard floors at home, so I like these types of machines. My first test was applying my floor finish after mopping. I was underwhelmed. Usually, I use my Spinwave and it’s fantastic. This one required me to use more product (which is not good) and left wheel tracks as I moved from row to row on the floor. The Spinwave doesn’t do that, it doesn’t have wheels at all, so no tracks in my finish. :) I’m going to only use this for cleaning and scrubbing my tile floors going forward, like I originally planned, not for floor finishes. I also dislike not having a power button. When I try to turn it off by raising and locking the handle, whatever part of the floor it’s on at that moment gets messed up while I’m fumbling around trying to get it to stop. None of these are issues with the Spinwave. I don’t recommend this unless you need it for the deep clean brush option. Spinwave is better for general home use cleaning and applying finishes. It’s also much more user friendly. I wish they’d make a commercial model of Spinwave with the brush attachment. Oh la la.

Worked great first two times of use. Then it stared smelling horrible from the motor. Now doesn’t even turn on. Didn’t even last a year of use. We used it every couple of months at most.

Really it's light weight doesn't scrub like you want it to very light weight. But it will clean some. be sure to set aside lots of time cause it will take it.

I was surprised by how well this performed. It handled scrubbing and cleaning effectively and made a noticeable difference on my floors with minimal effort. The build feels durable and the operation is straightforward. For the pricing, the performance exceeded my expectations and delivered results I did not anticipate. I recommend this product.

I can’t find replacement pads, so my experience with this machine is limited to what came with the unit. It’s difficult to control, it’s definitely not commercial grade and I’m sorry I bought it. 5 stars for visibility. I’m surprised at Bissell for putting this inferior product out. They typically have excellent machines. Not this one…And seriously. How do you make a floor scrubber without making replacement pieces?

From the first use I noticed the difference: clean and polish the floors evenly, leaving a shiny finish with much less effort than traditional methods.

Received this item two days early. Upon opening the box, noticed that the key part, Hook and Loop backing plates, is missing. Without these pads, the polisher cannot be used. Contacted Bissell immediately to see if they will ship the missing part. Otherwise I will have to return the item as is. Very disappointed. There should be some quality control for the item that is shipped out. Development : Bissell sent me the missing part. Used the machine with scrub brushes to clean textured porcelaine tile floor and it came out very clean. Very happy with the result. Have not used other pads yet. But I am glad that I found this machine. Thanks Bissell.

Absolutely great for scrubbing the vinyl deck

I had to return it after it stopped working on the first use. It's very light, toy like and after 40 minutes of work - not continuous - it stopped working.

Unit is very light weight making it easy to use. However you have to use the handle to turn it on/off. Which makes it's rather difficult to turn off as it's running. As something noted for being commercial, I expected it to have more weight and power in the scrubbing. It just seems to a very light scrub which may work for some but I wanted something to dig in more.
