I need salad dressing though for flavor. These little packets have 0 calories. I am willing to pay for something that works for me and this does. I even use some of the packets on my fish or chicken to flavor the protein for 0 calories. Some of the salad dressings out there can ruin our diets with over 100 calories for each serving.
