Review: Worked great for me - My history. I've always had a difficult time sleeping throughout the night. I worked as a firefighter for 31 years and was up and down at night. I've been taking this NOW supplement for two weeks. I'm now sleeping thru the night with maybe one occassional bathroom visit. When I go back to bed, I have no trouble falling back to sleep. Two weeks ago, I was getting up at 4am and feeling tired all day. Now, I sleep until 6am which is late for me and feel so much more rested. This is important when you have 7 and 5 year old granddaughters coming over to play. I really feel better and what's more important, this supplement has no effect on me during the daytime.
