Absolutely thrilled with this fire pit! It was a breeze to assemble, and the quality is exceptional, especially considering the price. We’ve already hosted a party in our backyard, and it was a hit among our friends. The sturdy construction and its ease of use make it a perfect addition to our outdoor space. This is very heavy and the delivery people do not set it up they mainly drop it in the driveway. I had to hire someone to move it to where it was supposed to be and it took two men to move it. You should either provide set up or inform the customer of what they have to do we are detailing our problem on face book for although the item is nice the problems with setting it up where you want it should be addressed. You should offer set up that way the consumer does not have to be hassling to get it set up and running. This is a good product but your services suck and is no fault of the delivery cause they did what they were supposed to is yours for not informing the consumer

Beautiful looking and a great addition to our custom patio. Disappointed as unit is two years old and not used heavily. Holes appeared on the bottom and the tiles sheets inside are corroding and breaking down. Contacted Sunjoy to replace/repair unit but refused since it is two years and out of warranty. Essentially advised not to fix unit as shipping prohibitive in cost and wouldn’t compromise.

all the parts fit together during assembly. Looks great. Cover was provided and fits well. Final assembly reqires a helping hand .

This item is very sturdy at about 350 lbs but it looks good and we love it. Very easy to put together with two people.

Can't say enough about this fire pit! It's beautiful and was so easy to assemble. It is extremely heavy so you do need a couple of strong young people to lift and place it/assemble it. Highly recommend.

The fireplace is beautiful, sturdy, and functional! A wonderful addition to our backyard space! Customer service is wonderful!! The first fireplace arrived damaged in shipping and customer service person, Kim, was wonderful to work with! We received a replacement fireplace in plenty of time for our event and it was in perfect condition!

Arrived with damage to panels, I needed to assemble this quickly so I completed the assembly and contacted the company for replacement parts. After a delay, I was informed parts were not available and was offered a small monetary refund
