Yes, it comes with a cord. The tip with the mini USB plugs into the TIE fighter and the other side comes with two points (standard USB and a 3.5 mm plug - the one you use with headphones). You can use it with any device without Blue Tooth as long as the device has a headphone plug. And you can charge it with your computer on the USB port or with a USB adapter on a power outlet.

Can you pair/sync these to another one for a list sound?

There is nothing on the outer box that refers to syncing up. I surfed some blogs and its a common question- short answer- it's not likely going to sync up out of the box. Can I link with my iPhone or iPad to set an alarm?
