Like the line Indiana Jones says in Raiders of the Lost Ark,”It's not the years, honey, it's the mileage.” And after 55 very active years incorporating a lot of wear and tear, I’ve put a lot of mileage on my knees. Pro tip: don’t let a large breed, strong dog pull you on leash when you’re walking it downhill. The steeper the slope, the more damage you’ll do to your knees. Learn to walk such dogs properly, using tactical leashes, collars and harnesses such as they use in the military and police K9. Anyway, years of that type malfeasance are just part of my knees’ mileage. I’ve used several Bauerfeind knee supports starting about 9 years ago. These Genutrains I like best. They’re medical grade and can be worn literally all day. They’re so comfortable and provide great support no matter what you’re doing, for both preventative and inflammation amelioration purposes. I like them better than the Bauerfeind sport performance knee supports as those have strips on the upper insides to help keep the supports in place. But in my opinion, because of those, they’re not meant to be worn for more than the duration of a typical sports game as wearing them for too long gave me blisters where those strips are. No such problem with the Genutrains and they stay in place, seamlessly, all day, throughout different sometimes very demanding activities. Absolutely love them. I think they’re great value as in the past I tried other brands and was always dissatisfied.

After doing a lot of research, I chose this brace to stabilize my knee after a volleyball-related meniscus tear and subsequent surgery, and it has been outstanding. It fits very securely and provides excellent stability, yet it is comfortable once on. When my orthopedist saw it, he actually complimented my choice. I now use it post-surgery and during volleyball, and it keeps my knee stable even with aggressive play and frequent dives. I wear a knee pad over it, which works perfectly. When the meniscus tear was fresh, I also wore it just to get around, and the added stability was immediately noticeable. It does take some effort to pull on, but it is extremely durable and has small hidden grab points that make it easier to get in place. This is a serious, well-designed product that does exactly what it is supposed to do.

I have loose ligaments in my legs and need extra stability for my knee cap. Most braces or stabilizers I have tried are uncofortabke and fit awkwardly. NOT THIS ONE! It's extremely comfortable, sits perfectly around my knee and offers SO much support! Bonus its easy to checkout with HSA card.

This knee brace is extremely well made. However, I am on my third brace and sending this one back. The first one was too small, due to my knee swelling, which has nothing to do with the brace. The second and third one reek of peppermint. I don't see this mentioned in any other review or the items description, so wonder if I am getting returns from someone who is spraying them with peppermint or using some kind of peppermint spray on their knee? I find the smell revolting so sadly am searching for a non-scented knee brace and will be looking for other brands.

Feels comfortable. I actually can walk down the stairs without having to put my back against the wall, while I side step down. Knee feels extremely supportive. Great purchase but very expensive

Eso si, en MUFACE no reconocen a AMAZON como posible vendedor de material ortoprotésico, y no me quisieron abonar la ayuda correspondiente por mutualista. En cuanto a la rodillera, cumple su función, es cómoda y protege muy bien la zona de la rodilla cuando vas a realizar deporte. Se lava fácilmente y es de calidad. La recomiendo 100%
