This is the 2nd one we have because we have a large garden and we both like having one to use or sometimes when we're working in the garden we just use one to place plant material for composting and one to dump. I've had other brands that fell apart after a few uses and the 1st one is holding up really well going into its 2nd year of use. I like the handle on the bottom of the bag which helps for lifting when heavy and for dumping or getting into utility cart. Would recommend. I also like the material it's made of and has nice clasps for storing when it's collasped.

This is my 3rd or 4th time buying this product and I love it. I use it to bag up my yard work debris without having to fight the bag. Between lawn clippings, leaf litter, bush prunings and weeding, it gets a lot of use. I use the sturdy 50 gallon outdoor trash bags with easy tie tops from Costco and this product makes them easy to fill. The hard shell bottom allows me to drag it without damage. There are holes in the bottom for drainage, if needed, and to reduce suction when pulling out a full bag. The siding material is sturdy for common-sense use and easy to rinse off. It has convenient handles, two at the top for carrying or dragging and one at the bottom to aid in dumping. It scrunches down and secures for easy storage. There are a few things I don’t like, but can work around. —Nothing holds the bag from falling in when I dump grass into the bag. I tie a rope around the top of the container to secure the overlap on my bag. Maybe smaller bags that overlap tighter around the top would help, but that’s not what I use. —Filled bags are almost always difficult to remove, usually requiring me to dump them out on the ground, sometimes having to inch the top of the wire ring container down over my bloated bag. This is especially difficult when filled with sticks from prunings that poke at the soft sides. It’s just the nature of a soft-sided container, and I probably overfill my large bags, making them heavy to lift in general. —If I fill it top-heavy, like with long, branched-out stems, the soft sides colapse and dump over. I just have to manage this as I fill it. —Finally, if left out in the sun or rain, the fabric used on the handles, top ring, and storage securing loops will become brittle and tear. Overall, this is a great, sturdy product that I will continue to buy as they wear out from use.

Great bag - the hard bottom alone is a game changer because you can drag it around the yard with no worry of tearing and it stabilizes the bag. A 39 gallon trash bag fit perfectly inside. The side walls seem to be double, nice and thick. The straps are well sewn on! Thanks to Fiskars for making a quality product. I anticipate many years of use! I would add that when empty, the bag leans over a little, but once you start to fill it with yard debris, it straightens up.

This Fiskars collapsible garden bag has made yard cleanup much easier, especially when working alone. I use it regularly alongside my wife and son, but it really shines when I’m handling tasks solo. It holds its shape well and keeps the plastic yard bag open, making it easy to toss in leaves, clippings, or flower bed debris without the bag folding over or collapsing. Setup couldn’t be easier — it came ready to use right out of the box. The hardshell bottom is a nice touch and adds to its durability, especially when dragging it over uneven ground or loading it with damp yard waste. We’ve used it for several seasons now, from fall leaf cleanup to spring flower bed maintenance, and it’s held up without any signs of wear. It feels solid, stores easily, and saves a lot of time and frustration. Although the price felt a little high initially, I now consider it a worthwhile investment, especially knowing it has a lifetime warranty. If you do any kind of yard work on your own, or just want to make bagging easier and faster, this is a smart purchase. Tip: I wish I had bought this sooner. It makes a noticeable difference in how efficient yard cleanup feels.

I've been going through my garden beds this spring, removing spent foliage, fallen leaves and assorted twigs and branches, and this Fiskars Kangaroo Collapsible Garden Bag has been indispensable. This bag's design is so well thought out. The fabric is quite durable, and while the bag collapses down to small size for convenient storage, when fully opened, it holds a lot of garden waste. The hardshell bottom lets me drag the full bag over to the compost bin, and the two handles make easy work of lifting the bag and dumping out the contents, allowing me to spend more time in my beds and less time traversing my backyard. I wish I had invested in one of these bags sooner!

Well made, light yet strong where it needs to be in the base. Packs down well when not needed but springs into life, literally, when released. The sides may wear/tear if very prickly thorns etc placed inside but great for grass cuttings/leaves etc. overall very happy

So far this is a great garden "bag." It appears to be solidly built - certainly much more so than the old one (different manufacturer) I had. The plastic bottom makes it heavier - but also allows me to drag it around the garden when it gets a bit heavy to carry. I just make sure to drag it by the side which has the lower handle loop. That way the lower loop does not get caught on things in the garden. That lower loop is helpful when lifting to dump the contents. I particularly appreciate being able to toggle down one side which makes it easier to use from a kneeling position. Conclusion: A well built and well designed bag => A very satisfied customer!

This is the best kangaroo garden bag on the market. So why or why is it not available in the uk? It is ridiculous that it has to be imported from America and have import duties added. It is a fiskars product - they sell their secateurs here - why not their kangaroo bags?

The hard bottom is what sets it apart. Others don’t last a season. This one holds a lot, including some heavier stuff, like root-bound pot filling, twigs and wet leaves. It folds up fairly flat and stays out of the way in the shed. Handles are strong, too.
