Is this machine a dual boiler or single? I could find any reference to that feature. Thanks.

Rancilio's Miss Sylvia is a single boiler machine. From the description, 'The Silvia is loaded with heavy-duty parts, from the all brass boiler...'. Indeed, the word 'the' indicates singular and in this example of English, it is used correctly. One boiler,used for both steam/frothing and espresso. IF steaming first, the boiler temp needs to be reset by running water through it to cool it down.

Why is there always water under the tray not in it

I have noticed a little water under mine as well. We try to empty the tray out after each time we use it... but I am wondering if condensation could cause that? I noticed the tray gets pretty hot when the machine is being used- so that could be causing the condensation? I don't get water under mine all the time. Just occasionally!! Not sure I am much help!! Good luck!

Is this an update coffee machine of 2020?

I bought this in 2020 - and it's a GREAT machine. It has continued to work as good as the day I bought it.... and we drink a lot of coffee!! So it gets a lot of use!! I LOVE IT!!!
