What is output wattage of the headphone jack? I'm wondering what impedance range of headphones to match with it.

There's nothing in the owner's manual with this specification. However, I assume it's comparable to the output wattage from an MP3 player such as an iPod.

would it work with Window 10?

Yes it does work with windows 10, they have drivers and software for windows 10, lets you enable 5.1, however don't have full control of rear speakers. I still use mine, because its better than my onboard. Would recommend something newer though.
