I ordered these bc as a senior I've started having episodes where I've woken up in middle of night acting out my dreams. A couple times I've suffered minor but painful injuries. I've also sleep walked. After researching the matter I've learned that it's cause by not going into a full paralysis state during my REM sleep. Melatonin is one of the methods they use to treat the condition. I've been using it for a week. So far, so good. No acting out and no hangover from pills next morning. I take 2 to 3 per night. I recommend. If that changes I'll update.

I love the size, and the optoon to take smaller doses, rather than 10mg. Texture and quality are good, and they go down easy. One 3mg is usually enough to put me to sleep, and I feel well rested in the morning.
