True to size. Nice fit.

Comfort waist is a great idea. My daily wear. Side pocket for cell phone fits my iphone 16 that is in a thick Otterbox case.

Nice fit, color was great but wish there were more options. Love the cotton fabric.

We have a problem with these pants. The cargo zipper is faulty and unusable. What should I do?

Love these pants! As far as how they fit, I started with a 34W x 32L (my usual size), and after trying them on, felt with the included expansion feature in the waist that I could go down one size in the waist and be even better. I then ordered the smaller 33W x 32L size and found the waist fit nicely yet still had an inch of room to expand if needed. The inseam length is actually 31-3/4" and I only need a 31" inseam. Since this style wasn't available in a 31" inseam, they are a bit long as expected; however, I can fold them up inside at the hem and you can't really tell. As these are all-cotton, I'm sure they will shrink in both the waist and length over time and be just right later on, so I'm keeping all four pairs I later ordered in the 33W x 32L size. I wanted one more pair, so decided to order that additional one in the 32W x 32L size just to see how the fit at the waist and through the seat and thigh would differ. The waist at that size is about perfect for my liking (I like them to be slightly snug and stay up on their own without a belt), but if the waist in this size shrinks a lot, then the waist might become a bit tight over time. This pair with the 32" waist feels like it fits a little better in the seat and thigh, but looking in the mirror and taking pictures of myself, I really can't tell any visual difference. Also, laying the 32" waist pair directly over the 33" waist pair, I don't find any significant difference in any of the other dimensions. I bought these for the convenience of storing a cell phone in the cargo pocket without having to look like I'm wearing cargo pants. My large iPhone 13 Pro Max with a rugged case around it fits nicely in the cargo pocket. It is very comfortable to have the phone in the pocket and the pocket doesn't bulge out like with typical cargo pants. Now, if they only made a version of these in jean material as well, that would be ideal!

Hits all the desired marks for me: size just right, color as expected, appropriate softness and warmth allows for year-round wear, and I found no faults in garment construction. I’m happy with the price paid and give this a full 5 stars (not something I’ve given out very often to clothes bought online).

I have been buying these pants for years, I wear them for work. Once they get a little dirty I use them for work around the house pants. They have been very durable. The zipper pocket lasts for many years. Now when I buy them the zipper pocket zipper fails in the first 3 months. The metal band is missing. See the pics from my old pants to the pants I just bought. I am returning them for a replacement. If the metal band is missing on those, I will be returning and will start looking for different pants. I really love these pants too, super comfortable, but I need this zipper pocket.

Great fit and looks good. Have bought several of these and they last a long time.
