Helped to potty train in one day! Buy the watch!
I just received the potty training watch today to help potty train my 3 yr old son who has been refusing to use the potty. Although the watch came with the lights not working, the timer and music is working. He had already opened the package and refused to take off the watch, so we are keeping it, but I can't express enough how happy I am with this watch. I explained to him that when the music starts playing, it's time to go potty. The first two times the timer went off, I took him to the potty. Then, the third time the music went off, I heard him say "oh it's time to go potty!" and he ran to bathroom to potty by himself. I've been trying to train him since he turned 2 last year, and this watch helped in one day. I wish I had known about this potty training watch sooner. Thank you! UPDATE: I just to correct the statement about the lights not working. The lights are working just fine. My husband made some adjustments. We are in day 2, and no more diapers. My son is consistently going to the potty by himself when the timer goes off on the watch. Best purchase I made this year :-)

Great Product, Amazing Customer Service
My little one has been particularly reluctant to use the potty. Finally, we're on a roll (no pun intended). he Potty Watch has made all the difference! His preschool teachers love it, too, because the little song (not too loud to be annoying, just right) reminds them to scoot my son into the restroom. Yesterday they let me know that the watch had stopped ringing, so I made haste to change the batteries. Owner Alan has a terrific demo video on YouTube but I still wasn't sure how to remove the batteries. I called the customer service at a late evening hour for us on the East Coast and Alan answered the phone! Then he called me back on FaceTime so that he could show me, step by step, exactly what to do. This amazing customer service -- and rare kindness -- made me want to buy a bunch more Potty Watches. I love to buy from small businesses because of the pride owners take in their products. And I love to support their success. I HIGHLY recommend the Potty Watch. It's a small investment with a huge payoff.

Helps potty train, but went nonfunctional
The watch worked great for a while and helped my little one potty train, but then it was not functioning at all. I tried changing the batteries as described in the “help” section and did so successfully. The watch will still not work though. I could not find the customer service area for further help or a replacement. I would still like to get this watch functional or replaced.

Not waterproof
I liked this watch. My kiddo liked the songs and would happily run to the potty. Unfortunately he dunked his hand in my bath while wearing the watch and now it’s malfunctioning. I can’t turn it off or on, and it goes off randomly sometimes instead of on the interval it was set to. I need to remove the back and take out the battery, perhaps that will reset the watch. Take the watch off before you wash hands, if you get it wet it won’t work right any more :(

The timer takes twice as long as what it is set for.
First, this is not a watch, it is a timer that can be set to alert in 30-, 60-, or 90-minutes. It was easy enough to set a timer and to put in 'off' mode. The face of the timer is bulky. The lights are bright, the music is too loud. The timer is dim and doesn't work right. I set the timer for 30 minutes. It seemed like it was taking forever for the timer to count down. I looked at the time and realized almost an hour had past and the timer still had a few minutes to go. I knew I set it for 30 minutes and not an hour because it was past my son's bedtime and I set it as a reminder to go potty before going to bed. I pulled out my phone and compared the potty timer to my phone timer; the potty timer took twice as long, which confirmed that I did, in fact, set it for 30 minutes. I can't say the battery is the cause of the dim face and prolonged count down because the lights flashed like they were supposed to and the music was loud and in tune. I wasn't going to post a review yet, but I received an email from the seller asking that I review the potty watch after I had contacted them and reported the dysfunctional timer. Based on the timer that I received, I do not recommend getting this for your little one.

Must have for potty training!
This thing works! To not only help me, but for my child! Made my first one potty train before the age of two! It was great! Well worth it and fit like a glove to adjust to any size wrist for your little one

It WORKS!!
My son is 3 and a half (turns 4 in October). He's the middle child and there's been quite a few life events that always put potty training on the back burner. When we finally got settled after buying a home, I decided that it was now or never!! I had seen the ad for the watch several times on Facebook but thought it was just a cheap gimmick. I decided to look into it and figured there was nothing to lose except a few bucks if it didn't work. The day we got it, he was so excited! He wore his underwear all day with no accidents. I started off with 30m intervals, but once it seemed like he was having trouble getting any pee out, I changed the intervals to every hour. It lights up and sings a little song and he loves it! We went out today (I put his pull-up on) but he was insistent on wearing the watch even tho I had no intention on keeping with the potty breaks in public restrooms. It went off every hour for three hours and when we got home on the third hour, I told him to go potty. When I took his pull-up off, it was dry!! I think just having the hourly reminder from the watch helped him hold his bladder until we got home! I'm so proud of him and wished I had found this sooner!! It's a fun way to teach them to be mindful of their bladder and taking bathroom breaks when needed. I say absolutely try it!!!

Really good at first. Tricky to set up as the 'button'on the side didn't actually move. When I could get it set up for the day, it was great... but the button ended up breaking within a week.
